3031131 - Getting error Feature Not Supported in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) mobile application when checking empty variables

The following error occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) mobile when checking empty variables

• Feature Not Supported

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)
• iOS mobile application

1. Create a new story via BW live connection including variables.
2. Assign a default value to the variable and view the story in mobile.
3. It's possible to change the input control in SAC mobile APP.
4. Set the variable to empty and save the story in desktop browser.
5. Open the story in mobile APP and check the input control variables.
6. Getting error "Feature Not Supported"

• The story has not been optimized for the iOS application

• Especially turn on the "Enable for iOS App" setting under Optimized iOS option.
