3031140 - Error in EPM Add-in when running reports: UJO_READ_EXCEPTION_018

•     After loading or modifying a hiearchy of a dimension, when you runn reports in the EPM add-in, an error is listed:

"Bad request.

Server message:

   Code: UJO_READ_EXCEPTION_018"

In the error detail, you can see some texts like "Sql processing error: Error occurred while executing a MDX statement. The error message is: Cube XXX could not be found","Hierarchy not found in Hierarchy cache","Hierarchy source data:Multiple parent member not allowed: YYYY,ZZZZ"

• Sometimes, you can see an ABAP dump in the ABAP system:"Runtime Errors ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY","ABAP Program CL_UJHANA_MODEL_FORMULA_HELPERCP"
• Checking from BPC Adminstration client ->Dimensions ->Display the hierarchy of the dimension, you find the mentioned member in the dimension doesn't have multiple parents.
