3031254 - Candidate's Manage Pending Hires page is blank when accessing activity - Onboarding 1.0

• Candidate appears in Manage ending Hires without any data
• Within candidate’s OnboardingCandidateInfo object, readyToHire is true
• When we access activity, we are shown a blank screen
• No error is shown within the Manage ending Hires UI

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Access BizX
2. Navigate to Manage Pending Hires
3. Select Onboarding
4. Select candidate actvitiy
5. Manage Pending Hires screen is loaded but no info is shown

• Within the OnboardingCandidateInfo, candidateId is null
• This can happen is OnboardingCandidateInfo was edited or created manually. Without this value, we cannot proceed through Manage Pending Hires
• Candidate is not in Onboarding due to a refresh

There are different scenarios where this issue can be resolved. If this is related to OnboardingCandidateInfo:

• Please export the OnboardingCandidateInfo object and add a value for candidateId. If you do not know the value for candidateId, please create a support ticket for assistance.

If this is related to candidate is not present in Onboarding:

• In a scenario where customer have a refresh recently the Onboarding data is gone and there is no way to restore unless with a new refresh requesting to copy data or to initiate Onboarding again.
