3031300 - Working Time is Missing in Business Confguration

You need to set up the standard working times to be used in the system, however the activity Working Time is not available in the implementation project fine tuning.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Enter the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the currently active implementation project.
4. Click on Open Activity List.
5. Search for the activity Working Time.

Here the activity is not available for the project.

The Working Time activity is directly dependent of the Personnel File scoping element. In case this scoping element option is not selected in the project scope, the activity will not be enabled.

In order to scope the Personnel File in the system, follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Enter the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the currently active implementation project.
4. Click on Edit Project Scope.
5. Navigate until step 3 - Scoping.
6. Expand the path Human Resources -> Personnel Administration.
7. Select the checkbox for Personnel File.
8. Proceed with the next steps to finish the scoping.
