3031301 - DRTM Onboarding 1.0 - CANDIDIATE_INFO Object Cannot be Found within Manage Data

• CANDIDIATE_INFO cannot be found despite having required purge permissions
• Cannot add retention information for the Onboarding 1.0 Purge

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Access BizX
2. Navigate to Manage Data
3. Search for DRTM Onboarding Candidate Info
4. Search for CANDIDATE_INFO
5. No results appear

• This object can be created only though DRTM Onboarding1.0 upgrade. If this has not been done, please perform upgrade via Upgrade Center
• If this upgrade has already been done and object is missing. We have to look at how can we undo this upgrade so that it can be available. Once done the object would be available to add retention config. This will require script execution within the BizX database

If upgrade is not performed;

1. Access BizX
2. Navigate to Upgrade Center
3. Search for “DRTM Onboarding 1.0”
4. Click ‘Upgrade Now’
5. Objects will now appear within Manage Data > DRTM Onboarding Candidate Info

If Upgrade was already performed;

• Customer/Partner: Please create ticket for the Onboarding Support Team
• Support Team: Please review internal memo
