3031315 - STRUST showing red status for SSL Server/client instance PSE and error SOAP:1023 SRT

Symptom

  • In transaction STRUST you see red status for instance entry in the SSL Server or client(s) PSE folder
  • Clicking on the instance entry you get the error

SOAP:1023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("SSL handshake with <instance>:<50014>          failed: SSSLERR_CONN_CLOSED (-10)Remote Peer has closed the network connectionSapSSLSessionStartN
B()==SSSLERR_CONN_CLOSED")

  • Attempting to distribute the PSE gives error TRUST 023 Error during distribution to server. An error occurred while copying the PSE to the servers. The original of the PSE on the database is not affected by this. Try to distribute the PSE again later.
