3031380 - Unable to Update Contact Email Address Because the Update Button is Blocked - Recruiting Management

• Edit_Candidate_Snapshot from application has different behaviors for when updating the phone number, compared to when updating contact email address;
• Unable to Updating the contact email address via Edit_Candidate_Snapshot.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)

1. Access the Bizx instance;
2. Go to Recruiting and access any job requisition with applicants;
3. Open the applicant application and update both phone number and email address, via Edit_Candidate_Snapshot;
4. Notice the behaviors of the fileds phone and candidate email are different.

In change phone, update button will always be enabled. In change email, update button gets enabled on changing the value of the email and clicking somewhere else.
