3031429 - 0CUSTOMER_ATTR: Delta Not Working - ZERO record

Symptom

Although in change pointer table BDCP2 there're many un-processed (BDCP2-PROCESS = '') data records for the message type (ROOSGEN-MSGTYP), delta extraction of 0CUSTOMER_ATTR still extract 0 data record.

Furthermore, if checking table ROOSOURCE using selection BASOSOURCE = 0CUSTOMER, besides for 0CUSTOMER_ATTR there's other active datasource, such as /EBY/CUSTOMER_ATTR.
