3031459 - (ONB) Document Flow Message Category not working - Onboarding

Customer created (ONB) Document Flow Message Category however, this email notification does not work.

Note that DocuSign is enabled.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

DocuSign is Enabled in the customers instance.

This is an expected behavior.

Currently with Onboarding 2.0 does not send notification for DocuSign as DocuSign is outside signing.

The notification will be sent by DocuSign itself so from Onboarding 2.0 perspective, no emails will be sent out.
