3031519 - Contract start field - Recruiting Posting

I can map the Contract start field in Field Completion Rules, but it is not displayed when I post a job. Why?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

Certain Recruiting Posting common or job board specific fields depend on the value inserted in other fields and are not displayed automatically.

Contract start field will be displayed only when you select "Internship" or "Apprenticeship / Work Placement Contract" value in the Contract type drop-down.
