3031519 - Contract start field not showing - Recruiting Posting

I mapped the 'Contract start' field under Field Completion Rules in Recruiting Posting, yet it isn’t showing when I publish a job. What could be causing this?

Some Recruiting Posting fields (including job-board specific ones) only appear when other fields have particular values.
For example, the "Contract start" field will only show if you select "Internship" or "Apprenticeship / Work Placement Contract" from the "Contract type" dropdown.
