Symptom

  • Within Enterprise Asset Management Applications/Transactions (E.g. Find Maintenance Notification (F2071))
  • Filter the results based a Business Partner Search Field (E.g. "Created by")
  • The system is not able to locate the specified user
  • Error raised which could include:
    • Field Error "Invalid entry"
    • Error Message  "You have entered inconsistent data or More fields. Fix the error before continuing the search"
