- Cascading replication of a table
- Replicating from and to the same table and system
- Connection / Chaining replication through multiple SLT systems
NOTE: this setup while being supported is not recommended for a number of reasons. This KBA will cover seen issues from such a setup and how to try to address them.
A table in a system or database that is both the target table for replication or a full load and is the source table for SLT replication. For example:
System A -> SLT configuration 1 -> System B - > SLT configuration 2 -> System C
In the above example, tables are being replicated from system A to system B and then are being replicated again from system B to system C. A similar setup could have SLT configuration 1 replaced with a different product that is loading or replicating the table.
