3031737 - FBL*N/FAGLL03: Field values are blank on background execution

Symptom

The logic in BTE 1650 or BADI's (FI_ITEMS_CH_DATA/FAGL_ITEMS_CH_DATA) or Enhancements were implemented to populate special fields in the layout of FBL*N/FAGLL03 transactions. However, when running these transactions in the background, the values are blank, even though they appear correctly when executed in the foreground.
