3031738 - BPC 11.1 Home page stuck on "Querying available environments"

When trying to access to the BPC Web client, the Home page remains on "Querying available environments" or "starting the load of the home page" without any progress

In the browser debug console m(F12 in Chrome) the following errors are displayed:
