Simultaneous Posting of a job to Multiple Locations

 

You can now post a job to multiple locations at a time on the job boards that support multilocation posting. For the job boards that don't support multiple locations, the job is posted only to a primary location. Note that the feature is a Minimal Viable Product (MVP), and the multilocation feature is available only on the Stepstone.de and Stepstone.be job boards.

 

Save Time with Field Mapping

 

To post a job to multiple locations, set the Field Completion Rules to auto-populate the location information with default values or the Location Foundation Object defined in the job requisition template. Note that mapping with Location Foundation Object only supports multiple locations.

 

To fetch the Foundation Object location information configured on a job requisition template, set the field mapping to the "Map to location Foundation Object (Multiple locations supported)" option. You can set the mapping in Admin Center> Manage Recruiting Posting> Job Posting Rules> Field completion section.

 

If you do not set the job posting rule, you have to provide the location information while posting the job manually. The first location that you add is always considered the primary location. For the job boards that do not support multilocation posting, you can post the job to the primary location.

Support for Recruiting Posting Tree Field Types

Field Mapping in Job Posting Rules now supports the Tree field type to map RCM fields to the Recruiting Posting Tree fields. 

You can map the job requisition fields with Recruiting Posting picklist fields displayed in a tree view.  Thus, set up rules for tree fields, and these fields are pre-populated when you post a job.

SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication Service (IAS)

 

Note: The service is already available to the Recruiting Posting customers in the 2h2020 release.

 

Now, this service is available for the Recruiting Posting customers using the application through:   

  • An Application Tracking System (ATS) other than SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
  • An automated job import
  • A standalone Multiposting application

 

You can now migrate the authentication system of Recruiting Posting to the SAP (IAS) authentication system. This authentication system ensures enhanced security by integrating better password policies and a robust authentication system for the administrators.
