3032081 - Unable to Insert, Update or Delete Employee Sales Data via Data Workbench

You are trying to change the assigned sales data of an employee via data workbench. Any attempt to update the current sales data with new sales data, to insert new sales data via insert function or to remove sales data by using the ToBeDeleted column in an export file and to perform an update afterwards, fail with the same error: "Internal error; create an SAP case"

The internal error may happen in cases where all records belong to the same parent (EmployeeID) and there is at least one other, valid error for at least one of the file records.

As in such a file all records belong to the same parent EmployeeID, either all records will be updated or none of them.

Correct all valid errors in the file and retry.  The new attempt might fail as well and valid errors for some other records might occur. In this case you will need to correct them all and to retry afterwards.
