3032125 - Hiring Manager not Visible on Future Dated Position and Requisition in Position Org Chart

When there is a Future dated Position and requisition is created today, then hiring manager details are not displayed in Position org chart

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to: Position Org Chart
2. Create a position starting in future – Say 1^st April 2021
3. Change the AsofDate to some date after position start date so position is visible in org chart
4. Create a requisition for this position for today’s date – Say 10^th Feb 2021
5. Hiring manager is not visible for this position

Update the hiring manager in RCM directly as the manager of incumbent for the position.
