Symptom
- Synchronizing user with Identity Provisioning (IPS) fails with the error "409 User profile with email [<name>@<domain>] already exists", however, the SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS) configurations are set that the e-mail is not a unique identifier.
- The login name (userName) is set as a unique identifier in Identity Authentication.
- The email is unique in the source as per the KBA:2907578 - Failed or missing users during IPS provisioning - User profile with email [<name>@<domain>] already exists
