This article explain how the order of filters is configured on External and Internal Career Portal under "Internal and External Career Search Settings" section from Admin Center.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

The Search order column refers to the order for the filters on the left of Career Portal screen from top to bottom.

However, it is possible to order only Custom Filters. For the standard fields, you have the option only to make it visible or not.

The Grid Order column refers to the order of fields under the Job Title from left to right.

However, some standard fields such as "Posted within N days" and Radial Search will not be displayed under the Job Title even if you configure the Grid Order cause as per system design they can be displayed only on the Left part of the portal.
