3032680 - How to Book Overtime Onto Separate Overtime Account.

You have the requirement to create a time recording profile with a periodic threshold (eg: weekly) to transfer overtime (eg: over 40 hours/week) on separate overtime account (eg: time in lieu for overtime).

You then notice after the configuration that the system does not book the overtime (over 40h per week) onto a separate account based on the rule.

Under the Employee time profile, the average values fields are not maintained.

You need to add values to the average values fields in the time profile tab using the below steps.

1. Go to the Time Administration work center
2. Select the Employee view
3. Search and Edit the Employee XYZ
4. Select the Time Profile facet
5. Go to the Work Schedule view

 Fill in the values. These fields are used for payroll purposes.

After having entered the values you need to do a day closure run or wait 1 day for the day closure to run. Afterwards the calculation should be correct.
