Symptom
When creating a permission group with user type "External onboarding user", some fields are not getting populated under the group filters.
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Admin Center > Manage Permission Groups;
- Create a new group and use the Onboarding External User type of user;
- Select a field to filter users (such as any field from Job Information);
- You'll noticed that the count of options for filtering External users filters is less than the filter for employees.
Cause
The DG filter was not set in Manage Business configuration.
Resolution
1. Add DG filter JobInfo for your field in Admin Center-> Manage Business Configuration.
Steps to follow:
- Go to Admin Center-> Manage Business Configuration;
- From the left hand side panel, expand Filters-> Dynamic Group Filters-> Click on Create New
- In the page that loads, select Filter Type as Permission Group Filter -> Click on Details
- Under Hris Elements-> select Hris Element Reference as Job Information(jobInfo), provide value for "extend by N days". In the details section, select the field id in Hris Field reference.
- This will set the DG filter for Job Information applicable upto value provided for "extend by N days" and data for permission group will be fetched from JobInfo.
2. Once DG filters are set, move to Admin Center-> Manage Permission Groups->Create New-> User * External Onboarding . In People pool, choose the category (as an example Job Information-yourfield" which should appear once DG filters are set as per step 1 mentioned;
3. Now values for zone needed for external onboarding user * be configured in this filter category.
