3032903 - How to only allow Park access (not Post access) for users that need to submit journal entries via Journal Entry Workflow?

Symptom

The Fiori app "Verify General Journal Entries for Requester" is calling "Post General Journal Entries" app & "Upload General Journal Entries" app when requester is submitting or uploading the document,

so have to give the requester the access for both apps of Post & Upload JE.
