Symptom

 Generating "User Access Review"  MSMP workflow throwing following errors:

  1. Mandatory field rule type is blank for agent id grac_uar_coordinator for process type sap_grac_user_acc_review
  2. Rule ID GRAC_MSMP_COORDINATOR_AGENT (rule type ) is not registered for process type SAP_GRAC_USER_ACC_REVIEW
