3033038 - Report Print Option Only Prints Current Page

When printing a report, you can see that only the current page is being printed.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to Design Reports work center view.
3. Open and run any report.
4. You can see it has more than one page.
5. Click on 'Print' button.
6. It opens 'Print Preview' screen.
7. You can see it has only current page.

If the report you are accessing has more than one page, when you click on Print button, the Print Preview only shows the first page and would print only the current page.

This is the current system designed behavior. In order to print all pages, you will need to choose the next page again and click on 'Print' button again to print another pages.
