3033210 - Matrix Manager unable to rate - Performance Management

A form has been configured with the rating option 3(Everyone has their own rating box for each item - the final score is  the EM's Rating), the matrix manager has been granted the write permission for the unofficial user rating field, however, the matrix manager is not able to write in the rating field of the form.

This scenario is expected by design, with rating option 3, only employee and manager can provide ratings.

In order to have a rating field for the Matrix manager, it is necessary to evaluate the use of rating option 2(Everyone has their own rating box for each item and The final score can be granted to any role by permission). With this setting it is possible to permission the Unofficial user rating field.
