• Promotion management with CLI or PMW fails with An exception occurred that prevents the reading or writing of an object to or from storage. (FWM 10002)
• In some cases, some objects like webi may also fail in tools like PMW with this error for the same reason - 
  Promotion Status=Failure : Tenant with given id does not exist: -2147483648
