3033239 - The difference between Cancelled and Completed status in DRTM Onboarding 2.0 Data

Data included and retention period base date is different in Cancelled and Completed status of DRTM Onboarding 2.0 Data.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Completed status

1. EC data would not be purged since candidate is hired.
2. Base date of retention period is the new hire's start date.

Cancelled status

1. EC data would be purged since candidate is an Inactive External user.
2. Base date of retention period is the cancellation date.
