The basic system logic behind address field of item level filling is not clear.
Also you may observed, that when you create a Purchase order with only plant data and without storage location, address field not filled in.

Reproducing the Issue
- Create Purchase Order with app 'Create Purchase Order - advanced'
- Fill in all required fields, including plant, and as optional storage location too
- Save the document
- Check address field on Delivery Address tab
The basic system behaviour is that, when you create a purchase order, and you fill in storage location and plant also, then after saving the address field will be filled out with the storage location's address number.
But if you fill out only plant, then address will not filled out with the plant's address number.
It is also standard behaviour, that if you create a new PO, then address will be filled in only after saving the document, but if you change an existing document (for example changing storage location), new address value will already displayed on delivery address tab.
You can also type manually an existing address number into ADRN2 field. The manual activity will always overwrite the automatically determined address numbers.
This is the standard logic.
