When a user attempts to mark a Goal Card as complete, they receive an error similar to the one below.

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Log into system
2. In For You Today, locate Goal card
3. Select Mark as Complete
4. Receive error

This is a known limitation when Legacy Goal Management is used with the Latest Home Page. The Latest Home Page and Goal Cards are designed to work with the Latest Goal Management enabled. Latest Goal Management has character limits for several standard fields and Goal Cards are designed to work within those limits. Utilize one of the below workarounds:

• "Complete" the goal in the Goal Management module
• Edit the text in the field so it meets the character limitations
