3033755 - Rehire information is being overwritten by the old employee information - Onboarding 2.0

You have initiated the Rehire process for one employee and after the rehire checks, all information entered in Onboarding is overwritten by the existing information in the old employee profile.   

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

1. Initiate Onboarding for a rehire;
2. Complete the New Hire Data Review / Personal Data collection;
3. Complete the rehire checks;
4. After the rehire check, the process is restarted and all information is overwritten by the information provided in the inactive user.

The application is working as designed.

Post rehire checks, all user information will be overwritten by the information existing in the old employee record.  At moment, there's no workaround for this behavior.
