Symptom

ACTool fails on script 16, on the ac_trace.log you find the following error:

Waiting ProcessBuilder Process return code
'command '[/usr/bin/sh, -c, netstat -tlnp|grep ":8080 "|grep LISTEN]' failed. return not code !=0:1
ProcessBuilder Process exited
/usr/bin/sh: netstat: command not found
