3033831 - Some parameters affect web performance and excel importing/exporting

Symptom

  • When exporting/importing data from a voluminous Excel sheet to FC using Excel Links Web, the operation stops at **% and the following error message appears: "Failed to export data to package ****.
  • When exporting/importing packages or manual journal entries on web legacy or webHTML5, the window hangs and finally, an HRESULT error happens.
  • When opening a web report that contains a huge amount of data, the window hangs and finally, an HRESULT error happens.
  • Error when publish a web package.
