3033865 - Required section in Manage Job Profile Template not validating fields when creating Requisition from Position Org Chart - Recruiting Management

In Manage Job Profile Template, one of it's section is set as Required but when you leave it blank and create a Requisition from Position Org Chart there is no validation saying that fields are blank, the Requisition gets created and data is being passed (except for the blank data).
