How to create concatenated fields on Onboarding 1.0

In order to achieve this concatenated fields, you will need access to Super Admin tool, this KBA is only intended for SAP Support and Certificated Partners.

1. Go to Super Admin > Account > Processes
2. Select Onboarding Process
3. Click the step that you have all the necessary information
4. Then, click Assign Actions
5. Select Name "Set HRData Key"
6. Then, Execution Type "On Finish"
7. After that, Add Parameter
8. Key:name your key
9. Value: {key1} {key2}
10. Then, click Update button
11. Lastly, click Create
