3034239 - DEFAULT_PUB_PRICE does not update in Item connector

When running item connector using DEFAULT_PUB_PRICE   the library price is not updated

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System

DEFAULT_PUB_PRICE  is only for the initial insert and does not work to update Libraries in the database. 

There is not a current non-custom function with item connectors to update the Library price.
