3034334 - Error APPL_MM_PUR_OA_CON033 issued when update contract in ME32K

Symptom

  • Field 'Release Not Yet Completely Effected(EKKO-FRGRL)' was set for contract.
  • When user updates contract in ME32K, system issues message APPL_MM_PUR_OA_CON033 'Cannot edit contract &1 as it is in approval'.
  • But when user checks the release strategy in this contract, system issues message ME298 'Purchasing document &1 not subject to release strategy.'
