3034343 - IBP: Key figure value disappears when a specific attribute is added to the planning view.

Symptom

  • In the Excel planning view a value shows in a specific key figure (i.e. KF1), however, when a specific attribute (i.e. ATTRn) is added to the view the key figure value disappears.
  • The attribute that was added is typically a non-root attribute.
  • The key figure in question is calculated and refers to one or more other key figures in its calculation.

For example:  KF1@REQUEST = IF(ISNULL("KF3@REQUEST") OR ("KF3@REQUEST" = 0), 0, "KF2@REQUEST" / "KF3@REQUEST" )

and the base plan level of KF1 is WKPLANLEVEL1, while the base plan level of KF2 and KF3 is WKPLANLEVEL2
