3034411 - Converting Contact Center customizers (IVR) using python 2 to 3

Symptom

  • As of SAP Contact Center feature pack 16, Python Version in CEM Server has been changed from 2.X to 3.8.1
  • When upgrading from previous release, a conversion must be done for customizer (Custom IVR) done by customers
  • For this, customers need to use the 2to3 tool shipped within Python 2.7.x, 3.x distributions. See SAP Note 2912069
