3034866 - Charts and tables do not display correctly when viewed at a different browser zoom percentage in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

  • When viewing a story at a browser zoom percentage other than 100%, the charts and tables do not display correctly.  This may include numbers cut off, or parts of a chart not being visible.
  • Dimension Input Control list sometimes disappear in view mode, while displayed in edit mode.

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) SAC

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a story at a browser zoom percentage other than 100%
  2. Change the zoom percentage to 100%
  3. Note that the story does not display correctly

or

  1. Create a story at 100% browser zoom percentage
  2. Change the zoom percentage to a value other than 100%
  3. Note that the story does not display correctly.

Cause

Sap Analytics Cloud only supports a browser zoom (scale) level of 100% for designing or viewing stories.
