3035111 - Data Workbench Import View does not Show Business Objects Selection

You are trying to upload a file using Data Workbench but Business Objects selection dropdown is missing in the view.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Select Data Workbench workcenter
2. Select Import View
3. Select Individual Objects option
4. You cannot find Business Objects for selection

You are a Business User and hence, you cannot access BO selection in Individual Objects. Only Key Users have this option.

Complete BO option can be accessed by Business User and Key User both

For Business Users,  Individual Objects Import and Upsert operations are supported using templates only.

Key Users  can create these templates under Migration Template view.

For a user to be recognized as a Key User in the system, it needs the Flexibility Change Log (ITS_KEYUSERCHANGELOG) work center view assigned to it.
