3035349 - Delivery Date is in the past (Message ME039) - Displayed as Warning in Purchase Order - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA.

Symptom

Message ME 039 'Delivery date is in the past' has been set as an Error message within customizing, however when the message is raised in ME22n, it is displaying as a Warning.
