When running the program RH_SFI_SYNCHRONIZE_EMPL_DATA within SAP Process Integration (PI) / Process Orchestration (PO) release 7.5 (Support Package 16 or 17 and component SAP_XIAF on patch level 0) System your are getting the error:

In XPI Inspector, the following details are also visible:
