3035455 - SPDD shows SAP Notes that can't be reset/adjusted

Symptom

During Software Update Manager (SUM) upgrade the ACT_UPG phase indicate adjustments need to be made in SPDD for the shadow system.

  • The symbol asterisk ('*') is put under the "Object Type" field in the SPDD selection screen, signifying SPDD should show all object types.selection.jpg
  •  There are SAP Notes mentioned in SPDD with actions required, but the traffic light status of those Notes do not change after executing on the respective actions manynotes.jpg
