• "Failed to connect to OLAP source" along with the BW user being used for the connection getting locked when refreshing webi report
• Before this lock, test connection is successful from IDT and CMC, and can browse cube.
• BI Server Logs shows that the user gets locked after multiple incorrect Login "Password logon no longer possible - too many failed attempts"
• Restarting the OS has no effect and creating new APS DSL has no effect.
• Other possible symptoms may include: BW User used in connection getting locked. Failed to connect to OLAP source in WebI BI launchpad
