3035482 - How to send welcome e-mails in a predefined language?

Symptom

Identity Provisioning is used to provision users from a source system (for example SAP SuccessFactors) to Identity Authentication. Welcome/Activation e-mails are turned on in the transformation of the Identity Provisioning for Identity Authentication target system. The e-mails are in English, however, there is a need to send these activation e-mails in the end-user's language.
