1. Go to Business Analytics

2. Go to Design Reports

3. Open formatted report e.g. FINGLAU04_Q0002_CR

4. You are not able to open the report.

Formatted reports are based on Crystal reports.

If you want to edit a formatted report, there is a SAP Add-In for Crystal Reports which requires the license of Crystal Reports and if you just want to view the formatted report the license free Crystal Reports Viewer

1. SAP Add-In for Crystal Reports

The prerequisite for the installation to work is that Crystal Report 2016 is installed. Checks are carried out to verify this.

Please note that these must be downloaded with the S-User, unzipped and run in administrator mode.

It must be the 32Bit version if shown in the popup and please ensure that the firewall and virusscanner is deactivated.
