3035691 - Additional Data Collection Permission Behavior

• We have created a permission group and permitted it to see only the "Photograph" section (under miscellaneous permissions) in the Additional Data collection.
• However, he also sees the other sections. Although he cannot see the data uploaded by the Onboardee because he does not have edit and view permission,
  he can still see the section and the fields entered.
