3035721 - ODATA Insert - corrupt candidate get created entering invalid filename for attachment

Providing an invalid file name for attachment during the creation of candidates via ODATA, the system allow the creation when it should generate an error instead.
In addition the candidate created appears corrupted.

This is not the expected behaviour, the system should returns an error in Response in order to do not allow the candidate creation.

Our developers are working on the problem planning to fix the issue in next releases
