3035801 - Not possible to delete line item from sales document with subsequent Proforma Invoice due to message V1489

Symptom

  • Try to delete a line item in a sales document for which a subsequent proforma invoice already exists. It is not possible, because system issues the following message: "Item &1 cannot be deleted because of subsequent document &2" (Message V1489). Cancellation of the proforma invoice to avoid this message is also not possible.
  • Try to delete a sales document in VA02 which has subsequent cancelled Proforma Invoice. It is not possible and message "This document cannot be deleted" (Message V1006) will be raised.
