In the Continuous Performance Management, it is possible to select an Activity status(or statuses) that will force the clearing of Activities from the Activities ab after a meeting is captured.
-
Go to the Continuous Performance Management configuration page > Activity Status Label section
-
Under the Clear after Capturing Meeting column, select a checkbox beside a status or multiple statuses:
- Navigate to the Continuous Performance page
- In any channel, select "Start Meeting" (or "Capture Meeting" in legacy CPM)
- Select an Activity to edit, and change the status to one which you have defined under "Clear after Capturing Meeting" (e.g. Complete) and save the Activity
- In the Meeting view, select "Save and Finish"
- The pop-up message will alert you that Meeting Notes, Discussion Topics, and Activity statuses matching those defined in the the "Clear after Capturing Meeting" will be archived in the meeting history:
- To view those Activities which have been archived, select a meeting capture date from the Meeting History dropdown menu:
Note: Currently, if no Activity is selected under the "Clear after Capturing Meeting" setting, then the pop-up message will not be populated with text:
